Executive Advisory · Designed to Lead™

Your strategy isn't tired. Your people are.

Most executive teams aren't failing for lack of strategy. They're exhausted. I work beside CEOs and leadership teams to strip away structural drag and align People, Process and Profit, so growth stops costing you your best people.

You already feel it

Growth strategies don't fail on paper.
They fail in exhausted rooms.

Every stalled strategy shows up as one of three signals. Leaders who care about their people recognise theirs immediately.

Signal 01

Strategic Drift

The offsite ended with alignment. The quarter ended without it. Your executives nod at the same slides and pull in different directions, and your best people can no longer see where you're going.

Signal 02

Operational Drag

Everything routes through you. Meetings produce updates, not decisions. Projects nobody believes in survive another quarter because stopping them takes courage no one has budgeted for.

Signal 03

Transactional Burnout

The numbers hold, for now. But you're buying them with the energy of people you'd fight to keep. Engagement surveys measure the symptom. They never find the cause.

One of these is your bottleneck. Twelve questions will show you which. We clear it together, and growth flows again.

Find your bottleneck

The Framework

Designed to Lead™

Enterprises are living systems, not org charts. Most organisations invest heavily in one of these three, then wonder why the other two keep sending the invoice.

Revenue growth SUSTAINED · COMPOUNDING · HUMAN Clarity PEOPLE Courage PROCESS Compassion PROFIT
Growth stands on all three, and your weakest pillar sets the pace: strengthen it, and the whole structure lifts.
C1

Clarity

People

Your aligned vision.

Competing stakeholder demands synthesised into one direction, held by every leader in the same words: courageous conversations, not cascaded mandates. Your decisions finally stick.

C2

Courage

Process

Your organisational health.

The discipline to stop the wrong work, build the middle layer and protect leadership capacity. The drag goes, and your engine stays strong.

C3

Compassion

Profit

Your growth ecosystem.

Margin growth that never spends your people's trust. Profit and care are not opposites: profit is compassion taking responsibility for the whole ecosystem.

Why this framework works

The 3‑Cs aren't borrowed theory. They're distilled from rooms where the stakes were real, and they stand on three kinds of rigour most advisory work doesn't carry.

A systems lens

I read organisations the way GIS reads landscapes: living ecosystems of flows and connections, not boxes on a chart. That's how bottlenecks get found where reports can't see them.

Institutional rigour

United Nations programs, Big 4 consulting and Australia's major banks: governance‑grade standards under every engagement. Risk‑aware, compliant, board‑ready.

Sustainability that includes people

ESG that counts the human engine. Margin bought with your best people's energy isn't profit, it's borrowing, and this framework exists to stop the loan.

The Executive Audit

Twelve questions won't fix your organisation.
They'll show you where to look.

Score each statement honestly, from 1 (not true today) to 5 (fully true). Two minutes. And notice which statements make you hesitate. The hesitation is data.

Clarity · People & Vision

My executive team would describe our three-year direction in the same words.

I can name the last opportunity we said no to, and what saying no protected.

When the leadership team makes a decision, everyone commits to it, even those who disagreed.

My best people can see how their own goals and motivation connect to where the company is going.

Courage · Process & Health

If I listed our priorities and my calendar side by side, they would match.

We stop failing projects early, before they drain another quarter.

We have a middle layer of leaders strong enough to truly delegate to: work goes down and doesn't bounce back to me.

Our systems and reporting rhythms do the heavy lifting: decisions are backed by clean data, and execution flows without constant chasing.

Compassion · Profit & Ecosystem

We can grow revenue next year without burning out the people who deliver it.

People raise the uncomfortable thing early, while it is still cheap to fix.

Our margins grow without quietly spending the trust of customers or staff.

If we doubled in size tomorrow, our culture would survive it.

Services

Three ways to engage me

Embedded, not observed: I sit inside the room where decisions happen, not outside it with a report. Every engagement is built to leave the capability with you.

The core work

Embedded Executive Advisory

6–12 months · executive‑in‑residence

You get a senior partner inside your leadership rhythm: a 12‑month plan your executive team owns (Executive Reset), managers who defend it because they built it (Co‑Creation), and a delivery cadence that outlives me (Operating Rhythm).

Right ifYou're scaling or transforming and want someone embedded through it, accountable alongside you.

The catalyst

Leadership Team Intensives

1–3 facilitated sessions

You get one team with one voice: decision rights made explicit, the conversation you've been walking around finally had, and commitments that hold after the room empties.

Right ifYour strategy is sound but execution leaks at the top table.

About Sobia

I know what misalignment costs. My body sent me the invoice.

Years ago I was the high performer with the perfect life on paper, until one day my body simply refused. I did not listen to myself until I burnt out, and I have never led, or advised, the same way since. When I say your organisation can grow without burning its engine, I'm not quoting research. I've been the engine.

The rebuild taught me what two decades of transformation work confirmed: strategy rarely fails on its own merits. It fails at the joints, where people, process and profit come apart. I now spend all my time at those joints, embedded with CEOs and executive teams across Australia, Singapore and the Middle East. I sit beside you, not across from you.

  • Transformation programs with the United Nations, Big 4 consulting and Australia's major banks
  • Currently embedded as Executive in Residence, Strategic Growth at BISTEC Global, leading an enterprise growth mandate across Australia, Singapore and Sri Lanka
  • Lived and worked across Asia, Europe and Australia; Master's in Business, Switzerland
  • GIS spatial analytics and ESG/regulatory compliance: rigour underneath the human work
  • Fifteen years of non‑executive board governance with Taaleem Foundation, securing over $2M in institutional funding and establishing strategic corporate partnerships for enterprise expansion
  • TEDx keynote speaker; ICF leadership coaching; human‑centred design practitioner
